R141b
R141b refrigerant, also known as dichlorofluoroethane (HCFC-141b), is an organic compound with the structural formula CCl2FCH3. It is a colorless, transparent, and volatile liquid with a pungent aromatic odor. It has stable performance and does not corrode metals. Soluble in ethanol, ether, etc. Vapor and air form an explosive mixture with an explosion limit of 5.6%~17.0% (volume).
Mainly used as solvents and refrigerants, widely used in cleaning and solvent fields. Because its damage to the ozone layer is 1/10 of CFC-113, it is designated as an ideal substitute for perhalogenated chlorofluorocarbons.
